As ShornoSoft's co-owner, I co-created the jewellery ERP, building the initial version personally before leading the team while continuing development. It serves 25 active jewellers across 8+ districts, with 12 more being onboarded; customers report less bookkeeping and better stock visibility.

The challenge
Jewellers relied on notebooks and spreadsheets, while existing software did not adequately handle gold weight, purity, valuation, artisan work, exchanges and loans.
My approach
As co-owner, I led planning through execution. I built the initial version personally, then led a team while continuing to write code and manage requirements. We used validation rules, automatic purity/weight/value calculations, reconciliation reports and audit trails, and tested calculations with jewellers using real examples. I continue to lead development and product decisions, business strategy and customer relationships.
